Perú Luxury Itinerary 10 Days

1. Day 1 LIMA

   At Lima international Airport, look for your Traveland host holding a sign with your name on it!

   1 Hour Private Transfer to your Hotel in Lima the Country Club 5* Hotel, Master King Room. Upon arrival, a short briefing for your upcoming vacation and the activities tomorrow. Relax into the evening and enjoy a good night’s rest.

2. Day 2 LIMA TOURS

   Breakfast. Today you can choose different tours in Lima. We recommend to Pachacamac tour, the Lima Gourmet Tour however the choice is yours. Overnight at the Luxury Country Club 5* Hotel, Master King Room. (B, L)

3. Day 3 FLIGHT LIMA – CUSCO

   After Breakfast Transfer to the Lima airport for the flight to Cuzco (airfare included). approx. 1 Hour 30 minute flight to Cusco Airport. Upon arrival to Cusco a Private Transfer to the Marriott 5* Hotel where you will receive an aromatic coca tea to stimulating for the height, will have the free day to rest, relax and acclimate. (B)

4. Day 4 CUSCO CITY TOUR

   Breakfast. Today we will have a Private Tour of beautiful Historic Inca and Colonial Cusco visiting the principal attractions including Cusco Qoricancha and Saqsayhuaman. Overnight at the Marriott 5* Hotel Cusco. (B)

5. Day 5 FULL DAY SACRED VALLEY TOUR

   Breakfast. You will be picked up at 07:45 Hr. Full Day Private Tour to The Sacred Valley of the Incas, visiting: the colorful Indian market in Pisac where a mixture of color and tradition will be able appreciated besides will have a good opportunity to try our bargain skills on the free time to interact with the local craftsmen to purchase their hand-made souvenirs. Pisac is located to the entrance of the Sacred Valley and followed by Ollantaytambo, the older town continuously occupied of the American continent. The narrow streets of Ollantaytambo, along with their channels that have not varied from the time Inca, evoke their ancestral inheritance, lunch in a typical restaurant and then the last visit will be to Chinchero market. Chinchero is believed to be the mythical birthplace of the rainbow. At the end, return to Cusco Marriott 5* Hotel Cusco.

6. Day 6 CUSCO – MACHU PICCHU

   Breakfast, then we will Take the First Class Vistadome Train to Machu Picchu.

   The passengers can watch the spectacular scenery unfolding before them. From the agricultural plains of the Sacred Valley, to the crashing waters of the Urubamba River, and as you get closer to Machu Picchu the soaring mountains, the scenery is constantly changing. The train arrives into Machu picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes) where we will take a bus await passengers to escort them on the thirty minute journey up to the citadel. where you will enjoy a comprehensive Private Tour of Machu Picchu of some two Hours.

7. Day 7 MACHU PICCHU TOUR and BACK IN CUSCO

   Breakfast, Revisit Machu Picchu for Private Guided Tours that give you the chance to visit those parts less visited; Huayna Picchu, Apu Machu Picchu, Sun Gate, Inca Bridge. In the afternoon return in Vistadome Train to Cusco. Then Transfer to Marriott 5* Hotel Cusco. (B)

8. Day 8 LUXURY TRAIN TO THE LAKE TITICACA (PUNO)

   Early breakfast and transfer to the train station to Catch the Luxury Titicaca Train from Cusco to Lake Titicaca. You can watch on the route picturesque towns and archeological sites. The Luxury Train includes Morning Coffee, Gourmet Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Observation and Bar Car and Entertainment on Board. Overnight in Luxury GHL Lago Titicaca 5* Hotel. (B, L)

9. Day 9 UROS AND TAQUILE ISLANDS

   Breakfast. Full Day Tour of Lake Titicaca. Lake Titicaca is the Largest Navigable Lake in the
   World.

   The Uros island in the Titikaka lake. Fishermen and hunters inhabit the floating islands of the Uros. The residents of the Uros are known as the “water tribe”, because they must construct its own Islands periodically, adding new layers of totora reeds, which grows in the lake, to create the conditions that ensure the islands stay afloat. The dense roots that the plants develop support the island. The roofs are waterproof and the houses are extremely humid because of the surrounding water.

   They used it as home and trade centers for the natives, who use hand-made boats of the same material as their means of transportation. At present, they speak Quechua and Aymara. Following this exciting tour, you will be led to the Island of Taquile, , place where the form of typical and rustic experience was appraised, the place is colorful and landscaping, where they even maintain its customs, ritual, religious and folkloric traditions, in the town of Taquile we will taste a typical lunch with fresh fish (trout). There is also a craft fair on the plaza that sells exceptional wool goods which are of very fine quality and somewhat expensive.

   Taquile Island is famous for its craft production, particularly for its beautiful textiles. The island is narrow at
   about 1 Km. wide and 6 to 7 Km. long. The visit could be exhausting because of the altitude (13,000 ft above sea level). On Taquile there are numerous pre-Inca and Inca ruins as well as Inca terracing. We will return in Puno in the afternoon, Overnight in Luxury GHL Lago Titicaca 5* Hotel. (B,L)

10. Day 10 SILLUSTANI – LIMA

    Breakfast. Transfer to the airport to take the flight to Lima (airfare included). On the route to the airport, we will visit at the Sillustani Chullpas (pre-Colombian funeral towers). The scenery is desert but impressive, in a beautiful setting on a peninsula on Ayumara lake about 32 Km. from Puno. Most of the towers date from the period of Inca occupation in the 15th century; the engineering involved in their construction is more complex than anything the Incas built. 1 Hour 30 minute flights to Lima Airport and your connecting International flights home.
